Full Time Bench Jeweler / Metalsmith Lead
We are looking for a bench jewelermetalsmith with at least years of experience.
The Minimalist Magnolia team is a small but established family run business that has been operating since.
We specialize in dainty made to order pieces primarily created in gold filled but also sterling silver k yellow and rose gold.
We are setting up a new location in Salt Lake City West Valley specifically and are looking to hire for multiple positions.
This position is for Lead Bench Jeweler.
The ideal candidate is someone who is reliable responsible safety oriented and has a fantastic eye for detail.
We are looking for a positive go getter who is searching for a long term position and would like to like to help take our business to the next level This person would be responsible for fabricating jewelry to customer specifications within our quoted processing times.
Must be an efficient worker While we do some customization from piece to piece we also batch work similar pieces to improve order output times.
Once the training period is complete this position will be responsible for training and effectively communicating with any subsequent metalsmithsbench jewelers hired on.
We are a small team so we all work together to keep the orders created and shipped in a timely fashion.
This may mean helping out with different tasks from time to time.
The holiday seasons are particularly busy for us specifically between midNovember and midDecember as well as late Aprilearly May Mothers Day.
Willingness to help out and put in some overtime when order volumes increase is greatly appreciated This is a fulltime position and full time employees are eligible for We also keep our break room stocked with snacks drinks and teacoffee To recap MUST Preferred but not required experience working with and soldering gold filled metals.
Pay starts at per hour for this position.
Hours would be MF AMPM with a min paid lunch break.
